I would take slide safety over a frame decocker or lever. The slide safety is to never be used except for administrative tasks like unholstering and storage, pretty sure the manual says to carry safety off.

Slide safety puts it up and out of the way of the shooter’s hand, I find the lever position chosen for the 92XP, 92Xi, and the 92 Gigantic Turbo Stupid. If decocker only then it’s never to be used except for decocking, there is no tactical need to decock from a shooting grip. Which I’m still able to decock using the slide levers from a shooting grip since I don’t have baby hands

There are pin on front sights from LPA but I haven’t seen anyone do it with a Langdon optic cut. BUIS are kind of a meme since if you have a dot you’re going to always use the dot over the irons, and if the dot isn’t there and it’s an emergency you’re shooting anyway regardless of dot or not. The optic window is good enough as a rear sight assuming your index is squared up.

Buy spare slides, M9 slides are around 200 bucks, you can get an entire 92FS parts kit for like 200 bucks with slide, barrel, and every part other than the frame

Langdon Tactical 92s and PX4s. The only one that I would call a carry pistol is the PX4 compact, the 92 Compact is just a small duty pistol and is harder to conceal than a G19 while reportedly the PX4 compact is about the same concealment wise as a G19.

The Shadow 2 Carry seems good. Great ad for it.
