My options for SSR cards are pretty stacked now but they're all mostly at 0lb

Thinking about buying Persona 5 (never played the series before). I roughly know what the gameplay is about but one thing i wanna know is this actually time based. Like I know you gotta make choices where you go to and stuff like that but is there like an actual clock running down or something like that bc I hate time based games. Also how much of a pain in the ass is this game to 100%?
