The scaling for sky is just ridic on the career, she has like 120 more stats than any of the other horses, it feels almost liek the scripted loss for nice nature with teio early on, just a brick wall of stats, buts its 3 times in a row. It's just being very efficient. Resting is something you should hardly ever use. Always plan for full stamina before beach training. Times you got to gamble a 70 Speed boost with a 46% chance of failure.

I had a great run with Super Freak, good speed and stam but got fucked right at the end, probably because I had a lot of recovery but not too many acceleration skills.
