I do the half routine. 28 oz + 2 scoops in the morning and 28 oz + 2 scoops before I got to bed. I am a longshoreman so I'm always on my feet and moving so I constantly drink water. Adding in some greek yogurt in the morning, some tuna fish/chicken for lunch, and whatever slop I want for dinner, I can easily get to 200 gs of protein daily. I try to workout decently since a large amount of my peers tend to get fucked up for not being somewhat fit for a blue collar job.
