why is chapter 3's egg such ass though
>isn't found by walking back and forth between rooms, absolutely no indication that it'd be any different from the previous two chapters
>getting the shadow mantle locks you out of it, requiring restarting the chapter at the very end of it, no indication that this would happen
>have to do a bunch of convoluted shit to get it
>once you do finally get it the egg man tells you to put it somewhere or you'll lose it, at the exact part of the game where you no longer have to do that, making you wander around the whole map for likely the fourth or fifth time trying to find a place to put it that doesn't exist
>next chapter does just have the egg between rooms and allows you to backtrack to it if you missed it, still doesn't have anywhere to put it
