Yeah but thats true of any player choice in anything gameplay related ever, theres always going to be something seen as "best".
Hell in a game like city trial theres so much randomness that unless they miss something that makes a character explicitly broken i don't think there will be anything outrageous about a single character that makes people pick the same one on mass.
