I just pick the first 6 + Perfected possibility while running rupture (Heishou + Ish + Meursault, since I'm waiting to shard Hong Lu).
Get all rupture gifts (Pick crab pack on floor 2 and get the tier 3 Jar), get clear water + nebulizer, lucky shoe, tier 1 barrel and wings, and leaf clover, find the rupture gifts from sweeper + checkup (do checkup first, cause those guys have so mean rolls), then just pick generally good gifts to improve your damage further, or rolls, like tier 4 slash gifts, slash gifts from claim their bones, the bell + tier 4 tremor gift and the tier 4 sinking gifts that improves damage by 50% if the enemy has no sanity, or is below 0 + winter nightmare, charge tier 4 glove + the googles, the charge tier 1 contract at ++ and so on.
In general you just need the rupture gifts + poise to winrate pretty much everything, but the rest improves your damage a lot.
