Oh, that's the local retard Birchy or maybe Augie (strange that his alias is after a Hanna-Barbera character). I just like Soviet-era cartoons because I have family from Russia who immigrated to America when the USSR collapsed and I grew up with a bunch of those cartoons mixed in with regular American cartoons like Tom and Jerry and Popeye. The funny thing is that I never knew they made an Alice cartoon until about a year ago; to know that the composer is the same guy who did On the Road With Clouds is probably why I fell in love with the show.
