You left out the part where she actually has a character arc unlike every other girl in P4.
>Rise wants to quit the idol life, ends up returning to the idol life
>Yukiko wants to quit the inn, ends up returning to the inn
>All you do is solve riddles with Naoto
>All you do is hang out with Chie (which is pleasant tbf, but she still doesn't really change)

I'm not saying that Ai has some kind of masterful change, but it was nice seeing her being a genuinely unlikable bitch and then finally seeing that nice side of her come out after she has to confront the consequences of her attitude and also hanging around a guy that has the nuts to tell her to fuck off.

When and why did these "DEEPEST MARIO LORE" threads turn into cesspools full of schizo theories, unironic shipwars with fucking Mario characters, NTR posting, etc.?

It was just supposed to be a joke and now there's more autism here than Sonic threads.

EWWW HE DID NOTHING WRONG AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO ROMANCE HIM

Letting these people play anime games was a mistake.

>P3 has character development of party members happen throughout the story, with key moments tied to their Personas evolving
>4 and 5 shove all character development into the pocket dimension of social links, every character stops changing at all the second they join the party

That's sad. Only about half the social links are datable, and the date only happens at the very end anyway. There's barely any actual romance at all, not sure why it gets so much focus.
