Farming is the ultimate crutch for terminal shitters. They hate the concept of having to improve at the game in order to outplay the opponents. They would rather engage with some tedious low effort routine to level up and win fights by tanking damage and having stupid DPS which kills other players with a sneeze. Pathetic losers.
