I'm not ready to call FRIEND lazy yet.
If you take it that FRIEND was who made Spamton a big shot and who gave Kris the controller in ch3 (and maybe even spirited Ramb away), there's a lot of potential for him.
We know so little about him so he does create insane schizo bait. like Cattenheimer dad calling Asriel a big shot, him being a cat and Asriel kinda ghosting Hometown in exchange for college). Will that actually be a plot point? I doubt it, but I find it fun.
