anyone here making prep meals? im eating this shit everyday;
breakfast
> tortilla with beef (400kcal, 31protein)
dinner:
>chicken + potato + green beans (444kcal, 30protein)
night snack:
> overnight oats + milk + protein powder (300kscal, 27protein)
so I have like 600kcal left, any ideas for cheap prepmeal? something after breakfast and before dinner.
I was eating toast with cheese and some meat but it tastes terrible after unfreezing.
