The truly bad thing about this direction was writers seeking to maintain Bloo's abominable nature while simultaneously stripping almost everyone else of any capacity to get angry at him for destroying their lives 24/7. So if you enjoyed, say, Wilt going nuclear over Bloo's antics that one time - then hopefully you had your fill because that's the only time writers allowed it to happen.
