Going on a small adventure today.

>mayb i should eat maor pasta 2
You should. It's nice.

It's easy to beat yourself up over not doing enough but that only wastes more time.
Best to just call it a day and not dwell on it. I am very experienced in this regard.

I don't know if people can ever truly know someone else. We're complex creatures, after all. But we can have sympathy and empathy and those are pretty good too sometimes.

A lot of sleeping today. I had some very odd dreams, most of which I've forgotten.

>what r ur thoughts on ksp2? I think it has mp mode...
Hasn't that been cancelled? Last I heard its development was a complete mess. Best to stick with 1.

I think you probably need a break by the sound of it. I hope you have a good time whenever it is you decide to take it.

I don't think I've watched that in about 15 years. Is it any good?

>>82103673
You had a job too, don't forget that.
>Records... hipster
I'm not a hipster! I just like owning some of my huge library of pirated music, especially if the album art's cool.
>(one day I'll really truly get a fumo)
They go up for preorder pretty often on amiami. They're made to order now so if you want one you can get one without getting shafted by the secondary market.

I'm flattered. I think?

I've decided to take up running again or work up to the 100 burpees a day meme since I could stand to not die of an early heart attack. It's 20 HKD each time I want to use my building's gym so I might go with the burpees...

>it didnt flood anything other than my soul with sorrow
I guess I'd rather my soul get flooded than my bedroom. Easier to dry out.
>did you like the one i wrote the last time?
You'll have to jog my memory...

>how does one do research?
For legal research I go through a bunch of cases and articles and pick out quotes I think are particularly insightful. Then I just sort of mash them together with some prose. It's more art than science.
Basically imagine you're writing a really long 4chan post arguing with an anon who actually knows what they're talking about, with a bunch of >inb4 [counterpoint]s where you explain where they're wrong.
>what about AI archiving! (jk jk)
I briefly suggested that and he thought it was a great idea...
>s there something you're interested in that would narrow it down?
I think I might narrow it down to software preservation since that's in vogue with the recent European Citizens Initiative, and I've already written about reverse engineering laws before.
>Britain has kewl thing 2!
Such as? Don't say Dr Who.
>secretly i was hopping to run into a former classmate
Stuff like that rarely happens. But I did run into people I knew on two occasions.

>At that point isn't it more expensive to make software that only runs on one particular chipset?
Probably, I assume that's why even the big players go with ARM.
It's nice to have open standards but there's probably a reason it's not widely used.
>You were lucky to get out of there...
I was on the fence about getting residency here but I really don't want to go back at this point.
It's not perfect but I can leave the house without getting stabbed and coom in peace. The MTR is pretty good too.

Had a quick snooze before that Touhou concert. In the end I decided I should go. Hopefully I won't fall asleep during it since my sleep is horribly inconsistent now. Or get lost and miss half of it.

>do u prefer this path over the one u could've gone with?
I think so. A lot of academics bemoan their work but forget that it's much better than other white collar jobs.

>I did watch Blade Runner and it was amazing
Have you seen 2049 minutes long as well?
Every day I kick myself for not watching that in the cinema when I had the chance.
>for some reason they always make me feel strangely comfy
I feel like that as well. Maybe it's the lighting?
