Are survivoids retarded? They had 3 other gens they could've done in the meantime. Quite far from main as well, so safe as well. I genuinely fail to grasp what causes such retardation.

Not gonna lie, anon. If you have a friend who likes to progress fast, you should probably look up modpacks with a lot of separated avenues in terms of mods. If he tries to build tall, he can only get through one mod at a time. If he tries to build wide, he won't get super far.
Alternatively, only turn the server on for weekends (which often ends up being the best solution anyway, because then all the players don't scatter their time as much, and can all play together).
