Stocking has only had two episodes this season, the first was Scanty being her older sister and telling her to forgive Panty, who then shows up and takes Stocking around for snacks (which she apparently does all the time). This episode showed that Stocking can't even fucking win at RPS, failed to get the snack last year as well and was so pissed she made a ghost. She was also easy enough to mind wipe and convince to kill her sister/turn into a ghost herself.
Meanwhile Panty has been slowly finding more and more things she enjoys as much as sex, if not more. I'm only see character development on one side
