I wish stormcast were MORE elite. I've never read the books but in the miniature medium they're giant armored paladins who shoot lightning and carry massive blunt weapons.
Same with slaves to darkness. A single chaos warrior should be like sub-boss tier. Similar to a Darknut from Zelda. Like 1 chaos warrior should chew through 10 or 15 pikemen or men-at-arms no problem. Vice versa for stormcast. These guys should be demi-gods hat have lived for centuries with awesome armor and weaponry and sorcery to protect and augment them.
but I guess for the sake of balance they do need to nerf them on the table

he really just kind of looks like a shirtless chaos warrior. the shield, axe, and helm are very chaos warrior-y.
Blood warriors, wrathmongers, and the other BOK characters have super dynamic posing, tons of skulls, and loads of trim to set them apart. this dude is not bad by any means but he seems a bit too stoic and not enough of a blood-crazed retard. This pose fits Nurgle or StD more, who prefer covering their faces entirely to look scarier.
