I like how they say this but then… what? Kratos has basically no way to actually maneuver in space, especially not in the same degree as Asura the Destructor. Even by their retarded calcs, they have Asura a fair bit faster than Kratos. Asura could just fly like millions of light years away and spam Kratos with Mantra blasts or until Asura gets enough exponential growth to one shot Kratos. Kratos would just be stuck in space, which was likely why they had him use the rocks in the fight to jump to Asura who took him to a flying giant rock for him to stand on.

Not even just FTL+ but MFTL+, Kratos would not be able to perceive Asura moving quadrillion times the speed of light. Asura would have moved and it would take Kratos trillions upon trillions of years to even realize that he moved. It’s hilarious how hard they coped with the speed category because if they gave it to Asura, Asura and Kratos would’ve tied with both taking 2 categories each. They had to tie speed (which even then Asura is a quite a bit faster by their calculations). Then they had Asura act retarded and go in for a punch in destructor form instead of keeping his distance and powering up his rage.
