Everyone involved in the project that didn't straight-up leave once it was clear that the leaders had no fucking clue what they were doing.
It's almost universally agreed that the character designs in this Hero Shooter suck ass, but someone okayed these designs and scrapped whatever possibly good designs that were also on the table.
Also, being a Hero Shooter that has to compete with games that have already formulated themselves (Overshit 2), or games that are otherwise free (Rivals, etc), while being a $60 launch title is already an uphill battle.
