My answer to that is that this is simply the only coherent way to do criticism. The rest of you are incapable through, mostly through cowardice I believe. And take comfort in a kind of law of jante morality and faith in the idea that values and judgement are ultimately impersonal and can be reduced to some kind of science, which if we don't have we can eventually divine. And that the only way one can appropriately speak is as an impersonal voice of the collective's will for truth.
