Nothing, he doesn't even drink, but he pussied out from calling the authorities because "MUH LICENSE PLATES" were gonna be confiscated or something and then he might've had to pay a $6 uber the next day to get to work, and he also got told by his drunk dad to not do it because going to court would've been awful and not worth it (uncle even had 3 witnesses on his side) and my uncle lacks a fucking spine to make his own decisions.
It's just retards being retards. Deserved what happened because it's extremely funny to watch and both had to learn a lesson after they came back home empty-handed and got made fun of by everyone for being retarded.
