I really hate to say, but did I get filtered by the constitution? I just finished out maxing the XP on all the weapons, and I have to say all the weapons are pretty good and usable with the exception of a small handful that while good on their own were outclassed by other similar weapons (e.g. halt > punisher).
However I didn’t really like the constitution. I think every gun in the game pretty much has a place after using each one of them for so long, but I found the constitution is just a meme gun.
They need to give this thing more damage, like 200 damage would be good then the constitution would rise up and actually be something that would reasonably go well with your loadout if you needed some pen and wanted melee too, etc.
If they want to keep it as a meme gun whatever melee is already pretty much a meme as it is.
Of all the weapons in the game it’s the only one I would say that thing needs a boost. If the rounds just did slightly more damage. If you could onetap a watcher or be able to dump an overseer if you connected with all 5 shots or could finish off a stingray reliably out of the sky it would be a perfect squid primary. But as it is I would take several things over that piece of shit, I hated having to magdump an overseer and leap around and reload to finish him off or God forbid you shoot a watcher, it lives, starts jiving around and you miss your follow up shot and gets a drop off.
It sucks because I was really looking forward to the constitution. I saved it and the amendment to max out for law because I wanted to tweak my control scheme so mashing melee would be easier.
Spinzone the amendment fucks. I had no idea you could set that thing to 3-round burst fire. Casually pressing the fire button pretty much lets you fire it on full auto. Nothing wrong with that thing, I was pleasantly surprised but I would still rather use the constitution if it was a smidge stronger so it could get over those breakpoints it barely misses.
