Literally something stolen from Zoroastrianism and its duality, by Saul the jew. Satan is in only one story in the entire OT, where he does nothing that isn't expressly allowed by Yahweh. "Satanists" have never existed before the modern era and they're just hippies in sex cults or schizos on random websites.

There is no devil, there's yahweh, and everything else, that you accuse of being the devil because it's not yahweh. Saulstians in France called Odinists Satanists and said they worshipped "Satan" because just like jews today are afraid of drawing a swastika thinking it will give it power, saulstians were afraid of saying the name Odin so they always used the name Satan.

It's incredibly obvious and funny in how the NT suddenly has Satan 100 times more, and in the quran, he's absolutely everywhere, on nearly every page.
