Return to desk, reply to a few emails. Oh! Heavens! Look at the time, I'm hungry. Take 1-2 hour lunch depending on the day. Do real work for 1-2 hours. Go home between 330-430. I estimate the faggots I work with are doing between 5-15 hours of "real" work per week.
