That's your criteria. Going by the accords and notes Joop Homme, Boss Bottled, A Men, and Le Male, are sweet and have vanilla and are from the 80s and 90s. I don't have first hand experience with them.

That tells you nothing when there are 25 listed allergens and likely dozens of other ingredients. If it had any less alcohol you couldn't pour it out the vial. When compared to an Eau de Parfum like the similar L'oudh the viscosity of the Attar perfume oil looks and performs completely different. That's all the blurb was saying.
