I've had people assume horrible things about me based off stereotypes before I've even had a proper conversation with them. Heck, people have straight up told me that that me and my female family are all horrible people before they've even met them.

I've been waking up at a decent time recently. Even this morning, I woke up at quarter to twelve.
Keep in mind, I'm a NEET who usually wakes up at around 5pm... so this is a great accomplishment for me.

I have OCD too, anon. It used to be a lot more extreme though... I'm sure it's different for everyone, but in my particular case, I was able to reduce how much anxiety my triggers gave me through what essentially boiled down to my own D.I.Y exposure therapy.

If you want to try, we could talk about it... and I could maybe give you some tips on how to potentially help yourself.
