Do people really pull for weapon ranks? It's just number go up (which you don't really need btw), atleast duplicates of a character sometimes give a new mechanic

Pretty much, if a regular selfish main dps like camellya/jinny is 1, changli is 0.9, lupa is 0.7, roccia/zhezhi is 0.6. Whatever changli loses in terms of damage her amp of lupa dmg (especially for lupa's enhanced intro) will compensate.
