It's really neat that you can tell that Doublefine as a company started to go downhill the moment they started doing Kickstarter shit. I cannot think of a single good game they made after that point other than Psychonauts 2.

The setting is generic fantasy, but the table rotates GMs. And so tonally this flipflops between "family friendly Saturday morning cartoon" and "hyper-violent and vulgar writing with morally gray characters". It's like the medieval equivalent of having Batman B&B and Invincible take place in the same universe with the same characters, except it's been hosted by mildly-autistic amateurs.
Unfortunately last session fell into the later so I'd be dicked.
