It's still easily accessible in china, and SEA smaller places; Hell was easy to get in Korea till last year. It's a touristy wow thing and a local meh it's food I don't eat often so might as well thing. Just go get some rabbit at a local butcher that's a lean cut or maybe some lean deer meat.
