the most suspect thing of all this ordeal is how skinny the marines look, there aren't decent pics out there but they look more on the skinny side than their normal proportion and skinny marines have only been seen in the DoW3 trailer/game and in no other media ever.
Which makes me thinks that however they got the IP they also got the leftover assets from dow3 and just worked from there.
