I don't remember Zonda saying she wanted to kill all nonadepts. That's certainly what Tenjian and Asroc want. Others in their organization are against killing all non-adepts (like Desna). Zonda's whole motive screed is

It's also implied that she wants coexistence, but thinks it's impossible due to her experiences with non-adepts. The cult stuff is there in the Japanese script as well, but it's not as heavily focused on. The Eden adepts all call each other comrades, even Zonda, since they're all meant to be "equal." See Gibril's line below from Eden's party:
