It was Mann. They talk about how it was some kind of plasma sword that the colony people don't use and was made on Earth. They also say that it was wielded by an expert swordsman. The dead dudes are all Xion dissidents as well, Mann killed them. Could be the royal guards as well.

I really like that one too, but I don't want to be banned for posting screenshots of it. I like this one and the nikke cooling suit as well, especially with the nipple/cameltoe mod. That Yorha ceremonial outfit has a similar mod, also great.

My pc is bad, I still enjoy taking a few screenshots though. Manages to run very high character textures but I think dlss fucks with it sometimes and makes things look funny.
