Yes and no
SB is obviously aping N:A, but more strictly it has a wildly different way of presenting it's twist.

In SB [x] is just a fact of life, something literally not worth mentioning to the characters and the only one not in the know is the player. It turns the story's basic twist into a double twist.
It's main issue is that it's characters just don't evoke the same emotional connection as Nier.
The combat is a lot better though

I enjoyed Stellar Blade more than I thought I would.
The fact the gameplay smoothly changes from "parry, combo" to "spend energy to regain energy to spend..." is pretty well though out.

You kinda have to force yourself to use the cool shit though since it's pretty easy to break the game's difficulty in half with a few broken skills.

Brisk walked for 80mins while playing Stellar Blade. Nearly fell off the treadmill like 3 times.
It's better than being sedentary but I wouldn't consider it a workout.
