The game looks so ass on my machine compared to screenshots. I need a new graphics card, but I'm also not really keen of spending that much money on one.

This is so stupid. I'm pretty sure it's the rafa blue skill that gives 1% gun handling per second he is in overdrive having a complete meltdown since I can maintain the red cannons for 3+ minutes at this point.
But this is such a weird bug.
