it uses mostly config joints, target rotations on config joints, but there's dozens of ways to do this depending on how accurate you want it to look vs. how tight you want it to be

haven't really done extensive stress testing yet but like 15 or 20 and there's some noticeable frame dips but not terrible. i'll clean it up later.....
