Am I the only one who much prefers the idea of Link marrying his childhood friend or some npc like her, instead of Zelda?
Its the same for shit like Isekai and fantasy, I hate when the main character ends up with some princess out of nowhere instead of the girl he grew up with, someone he met along his adventure, or even better perhaps someone that fought along side him.
The whole different status and classes also feels like a turn off, unless they are just secret lovers.
