OK seriously what the FUCK is wrong with the latest versions of Lightroom. Performance has been utterly terrible since last year or the one before, and it manages the incredible feat to be even worse.
No, it's not my fucking PC. Yes, I tried every "tip" and "advice" in the book. None fucking work. I can fucking prompt HD videos and edit them on the fly, and Lightroom shits itself after editing a few dozens of RAW and become slow as fuck.
I'm seriously looking at moving to Capture 1, even though I've been using LR for 10 years and honestly like the ergonomics and functionalities. But it's at a point where it makes the process completely unfun.
Please tell me Capture One doesn't shit itself over time. Or is there any other alternative that's close to LR?
