So long as your brain is still plastic enough to learn no things it is never too late. I'm classically trained as a mechanical engineer. At 30 I swapped to data science and IT infrastructure. Now I make 2x and get to work full remote in a job I enjoy quite a bit more. Engineering was cubical hell.
