How the fuck do you miss a direct hit rocket from close range? These things travel at the speed of sound. Of course Scout is broken in your piece of shit gamemode (no offense) because its two best counters - heavy and engineer - are dogshit on koth and don't work well on a limited team size.
And yeah the rocket launcher IS good, great even, amazing damage output that can twoshot any squishy while also giving you the best mobility in the game, idk what else to say.
