Hate to tell you pall but the "primate like hands" is the common ancestral state of basically all mammalian paws because the modern mammals all essentially evolved from lil rodent like fellas with teeny tiny hands and fingers, with the only real major adaptation to our primate hands being them evolving to be better suited for aboreal living as in climbing on trees and grabbing onto shit.
