You don't need leaks to know roughly what's going to be in the game by just looking at what has already been talked about and what the last few expansions provided.

1 new area with 4 zones.
1 new allied race.
A few new delves.
A few new talents.
A few new half-assed profession things, plus the introduction of something like "woodworking" to go with creating furniture for housing.
4 leveling dungeons, 4 max level dungeons, 3-4 reused dungeons for M+.
1 new raid.
Housing.
Addon changes that disables things like DBM/BigWigs and WeakAuras.

That's probably about it for the expansion features. The story will obviously just be more of the same pozzed garbage with Disney/Marvel-tier writing, characters, dialogue and quips.

You will get it when you start coming home at 6pm with your back broken from manual work, or sitting on a desk all day, your head pumping from the pain and audio pollution of the weekdays and you just want to chill, don't think too much and play games.
tl;dr It's a console game for plebs and tired adults.
