>I was taking a walk when I saw a jacked oldman spamming these and counting sets with pebbles and looked pretty fun
what is the difference to standing and pulling cable down in front of u?
>none
so i will be doing abs with lats exercise?
>well no, u are using gravity to bend spine while standing
ok, so what's that got to do with abs?
>nothing, it's lats and hip flexors movement
ok, thx bot, i will skip that :D

> when i hook my heels on the edge of bed and pull to my arse and down on these heels it works like a charm, a little glute max flex might also help as u're at it, but i had no idea, seriously, but now i do have an idea :D and abs :D

>you're not 10% bodyfat.
true - at 10% which i believe i have been few times whatever abs is there is visible
>abs are made in the kitchen btw.
i made mine by disengaging psoas during crunches - lie on bed and hook yer heels at the edge of it and pull towards ur anus and down, flex gluteuses maxes also and THEN crunch, the secret to abs is in this pullin legs down not up as u crunch
>how did ya figure it out hooman?
lotta experimentation
and because i know for a fact that 4chinz bot lies all the time to fuck me up and what is the go to exemercise u shill here bot ? for abs? hanging leg raises dragon flag windshield wipers roman chair bla blah - legs up
what is the opposit of legs up? LEGS DOWN, pull em fucking down at the hips as u crunch and in isometric hold cause that's what uses muscle the best :D

apparently NOT :D

>if u feel yer "abs" workout in your thigs/pelvis/hip area u r currently abusing rectus femoris an iliopsoas and u will get no abs as reward, u need to crunch and press heels down as u lay down on your back
>abused psoas specyfically will be felt in your lower back, it's not your spine herniating most probably during your "abs" workouts, it's your spazming and begging for mercy psoas

>when doing crunch isometric hold with heels pressed down think shallow, think superficial activation
cause that's where abdominals are bot
>but muh core
is there any reason to abuse iliopsoas? no there is none
if u feel yer "abs" workout in your thigs/pelvis/hip area u r currently abusing rectus femoris an iliopsoas and u will get no abs as reward, u need to crunch and press heels down as u lay down on your back
>but u need "core" no?
no u don't need your proximal parts of rectus femoris overgrown, u will look stupid and walk funny
>>76480023
>lay down
>crunch
>press your heels down as u crunch
>rest, repeat, git abs

>Ab exercises fucking suck balls. There's not one that doesn't make you want to kill yourself afterwards.
>and it don't grow abs cause all u're doing is abusing iliopsoas
>What a scam.
lie on the floor and crunch, push your heels down as u crunch - git abs, so shrimple :D
heels down switches off iliopsoas and u're crunching with abs only, finally :D
