My waifu is the obvious choice, but that's a boring answer, so I'm going to assume we spend plenty of time together and use the party as an opportunity to socialize with other ponies
I think Rainbow Dash would be the best drinking buddy out of the remaining ponies, because she is secure in herself to a fault, the others would probably get weepy if they drank too much
