No, absolutely not.

I have to stay alive for just one more thread to share my sleep-deprived, nightmare induced theory. It's the only positive one I've ever gotten so far so I'm hopeful it'll be okay.
>"Kris" has a savefile in chapter 1 that we can just keep all the way through each chapter if we do a no-save run.
Kris was doing something with a soul-- perhaps a different one-- way before we got dunked into his body.
>There is a girl trapped in the code. She mentions scratching, a door shutting behind her, her own memories being nothing more than just the darkness.
Several people have mentioned the theory in which this wasn't the "original" way the game was supposed to go. Noelle and Birdley were supposed to go into the first dark world, not Susie and you.
>The girl trapped in the code is the original timeline's Noelle. We've saved over that timeline, "saving" Noelle from her role in the prophecy... Or something worse, given how she has a friend scratching at the door.
>And it's all thanks to Susie;
>The one who doesn't care about the SOUL's choices
>The one who seems too likable for everyone's good.
Well...
What would you do in Kris's situation?
Say, if a friend were going to die, and their entire family along with them?
You'd save them right?
Even if you had to trade one life for another?
Perhaps you'd have an easier time choosing if that person was just... Unlikeable, right?
You'd just have to make sure they're okay with being sacrificed and all. Make them happy to take the place of another.
And what better way than through love...?
Kris loves that girl lost to the code way more than anyone could really believe. Everything is for her, anything at all, he's tried it. This is the only way. So he'll make Susie damn sure she wants to do it.
But, maybe, if things work out...
Maybe, things just might be okay.
