Trading inside the wave is good if you're melee
Obviously if you're ranged dont do that
But most melees like Ekko, Yone, Yas, Akali, none of them have damage penalties for attacking multiple units like Qiyana does
If you just fight her on top of minions she will legit do like 40% less damage to you while you get to do full damage to her
