Is the "skip everything" because of the Lictor? Is the Neurothrope at the hill crest after opening swap scripted or just bad luck? Is this skipable by pressing the gate button?

3.0 sounds like a rushed 2010 era video game, and i didn't bother with those either.
will people default to 1.0 or 2.0? the proliferation of physical 2.0 rules sounds higher than 1 or 3. i've slowly built up a stock of official plastic for dirt cheap, for about 4 years now. 3.0 was announced right when i was planning on taking a vacation to start to really dive deep in to 2.0
