He dislikes middle managers and wants to be the one to be in charge, so not hiring more writers/main artists/people who make decisions is one thing and I understand that, but not hiring more testers, programmers and people who do game balance is inexcusable. He could also hire assistant artists like the ones who help NaiGa. He really needs to wake the fuck up. This isn't a doom post, this is genuine criticism.
