i refuse to believe the guy that coached poort to have one of the best midfields in the comp is somehow so shit of a head coach that he tanked a team that came second last year. poort have some major injuries rn and started the year without a bunch of starting 22 players like butters, sav, bzt, marshall, etc. but i really think its just a case of hinkley was checked out and wasn't getting the players up for him anymore, not playing for his job anymore after all. i was hoping MY poorties would have the opposite of a year, coming out stronger than ever knowing it was ken's last year, but alas.

yeah but the forward line next year is going to be a lot better with marshall back, don't think they need to look through the draft for a better forward. mitch needs to work on his goal kicking though, maybe whoever the forward coach is next year can fix it now that chad cornes is going.

NWM is more likely to come to port than adelaide. however i don't think its certain that butters stays with poort. that's going to hurt, but yeah future is looking decent for the power. a lot of the recent pickups in the draft have been absolute winners, moraes, cochrane, and liddy all have performed well and i've got great hope in them.
