Depends on what you mean by that. The access to hedonistic desires has its bar at an all time low. I could probably blow through my 20k in savings and live like a king for 1-2 months in some third world shit hole right now. But that doesn't bring real fulfillment like having a wife, children, home and a high trust community that supports each other. We've grown so interconnected with the world that we've become deracinated and isolated from our own communities.
