Something about the camera, movement, long start-up/recovery time on attacks, lack of music, bosses, and UI (or whatever you'd call stuff like the health/stagger bars) really does make it look like a souls style game tho. I really don't understand why they did it all like this if they didn't want people to think it's a souls style game.
